Client’s Request:

Sando Group’s vision was ambitious yet precise—they needed a mobile app that reflects the comprehensive experience of their website, tailored for a global audience. Their directive was not just about replication; it was about creating a portal that invites users into the Sando world, offering an intuitive, engaging, and culturally inclusive experience.

Our Initial Inspiration and Ideas:

Drawing inspiration from Sando’s diverse range, we envisioned an app that feels like a marketplace at the crossroads of the world—where German precision meets the vibrancy of international cultures. We looked to the textures and patterns inherent in textiles for an interface that’s tactile, even within the digital realm. The app would not just speak in languages but in colors, shapes, and motions that resonate across cultures.

How We Approached It:

Our approach was methodical and collaborative. We initiated a series of workshops with Sando’s team to immerse ourselves in their brand ethos and understand the nuances of their offerings. Prototyping began with wireframes that prioritized ease of navigation, ensuring that the rich product range was accessible with minimal taps. We then layered in the visual elements, drawing from the website’s aesthetics, but optimized for mobile interactions.

Colors We Used:
